Jul 02,  · Hell’s Addiction (Photo credit Sean Larkin) Hell’s Addiction a Hard Rock band from the Dirty Old Town of Leicester release their second album Broken today (2nd July ) via TBFM Records. This hard rocking five piece formed in and released their debut album Raise Your Glass to 5/5.

Hell's Addiction deliver classic no-bullshit Rock and Roll in a style that draws comparison with the likes of AC/DC, Guns 'n Roses, Skid Row and Mötley Crüe. The band came together in in Leicester, born of a mutual passion for the hard-hitting rock of the great 70s and 80s bands. Ben Sargent (lead vocals).

It takes some man jewels to do a mainstream cover of songs like "Bills, Bills, Bills" and "Teenage Dream" which mostly celebrate womanhood, and other hits such as "Hey, Soul Sister", "Misery" and "Raise Your Glass" are catchy as hell. This cd has considerably less tracks than a typical Glee release but the ones that are here are great enough to /5().

Jun 05,  · I loved Hell’s Addiction’s debut album ‘Raise Your Glass’ (read my review), and ‘Alcohol’ – the track (and video) that first sparked my interest in the band – is still one of my favourite tunes. ‘Broken’ builds on and strengthens the band’s early sound, delivering 10 top-notch tracks.

Leicester has produced some fine bands beloved to the UR Massive - Crazyhead and Showaddywaddy to name but two - and Uber Rock's Ross Welford thinks that he may well have found us another. Raise Your Glass, because the new album from Hell's Addiction is a bit of a stonker.

Happily, Hell's Addiction sling their guitars low, and sound a shit-ton better for it. Hailing from the city that can do no wrong, Leicester, Hell's Addiction opened the Boardie Takeover stage at this year's Download Festival, and the swell of momentum that comes with such an opportunity hasn't a chance of dwindling as the band's sophomore.
